Fillers and Additives Castoceramite Filler Castoceramite filler is a white, ultra-fine chalk type filler which is easily mixed with Castoglas formulas FC, CLC and others to produce synthetic stone, ceramic, and marble compounds. Pecan Shell Flour Pecan Shell Flour is mixed with Castoglas formulas FC, CLC and or SLR to produce castings of a deep brown color. It is often blended with Perlite filler to promote plastic flow and and impart a pleasing beige color to the white CastoPerl.

Castoperl is a white, lightweight filler made of glass micro balloons. These tiny hollow glass micro spheres have a very low density of 1lb./Gal. Castosil Castocsil is a thixotropic filler which is added to liquid Castolite resins to prevent sagging or flow on inclined or vertical surfaces. For a syrup-like paintable viscocity, use equal parts resin and Castosil by volume.

Milled Fiberglass (1/32") Milled Fiberglass is mixed with Castoglas-SLR to create putty and patching formulas used for filling holes, cracks, and dents on car bodies, tanks, boats, floors or anything else needing repair.

SLR Putty Filler SLR Putty Filler is normally combined with Castoglas SLR, producing a tough structural putty. SLR Putty Filler can be mixed to suit, from an easy-flow viscosity to a putty of trowel type consistency.

Castoluminum Powder Castoluminum atomized aluminum powder is normally mixed with Castoglas SLR, CLC, FC, or F to produce a metal-plastic alloy called Castoluminum. atomized copper powder is nearly four times as heavy as aluminum powder and costs more than twice as much. That adds nearly 8 to 10 times the cost on a per volume basis, but there is no substitute for certain decorative and industrial applications.
